Mô tả Công việc

*Objective:

  • Take responsible Field sales management
  • Take responsible development distribution
  • Take responsible organize Outlet development
  • Take responsible Sales capability and right execution all through training and field coaching
  • Take responsible in sales turnover
  • Take responsible management 3rd party all through implementation sales strategy, sales tool, review and evaluate partner
  • Select, develop, and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans
  • Implement the company’s sales process to establish a culture of consultative selling to customer’s decision-makers at all levels.

*Key accountabilities:

1. Field sales Management

  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly key performance indicators in order to archive set targets for the set period.
  • Conduct regular market visit to monitor market execution/ establish business relationship with distributors.
  • Control sales, marketing activities to follow the company’s procedure and policy
  • Identify recurring problems for continuous process improvement
  • Actively participate in problem solving
  • Disciplinary and motivation staff
  • Control sales and push sales right execution daily
  • Motivation sales staff

2. Development distribution

  • Install full Distributor and Agent by GTM plan
  • Set up frequency outlet visit by region
  • Organization sales team suitable by region by actually outlet univers and penetration plan
  • Tracking by region by running rate penetration

3. Market development

  • Follow and push sales team penetrate outlet by channel by business plan

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Process at least Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 05 years in FMCG Sales or Skincare

  • Communication English, Office computer

  • Charismatic and motivational
  • Excellent Communication skill
  • Leadership
