Mô tả Công việc

Business Context:

A Big corperation is a market leader in Vietnam Insurance Industry .The organization has approximately 1,300 employees, 25 branches, 255 GAs/TOs/SOs and 115,000 agents. The competition is fierce among international and local well established companies such as Prudential, AIA, Manulife, Dai- Ichi Life and Bao Viet.

A new department has been created to lead the company to firstly improve the current General Agency (GA), TO (Transaction Office), SO (Sales Office) models and then set up and implement a new franchise model. The Franchise Department (FD) will have to develop the franchise model, manage and monitor the franchises (GAs, SOs & SOs).

Job Responsibilities:

Head of Franchise will lead the Franchise Department to:

  • Develop Franchise model through successful strategy, framework, policy & procedures and implementation
  • Support and Manage Franchise (current GAs, TOs, SOs) through proactive coaching and performance management
  • Monitor and Review Franchise (current GAs, TOs, SOs) performance through accurate, complete and timely reporting, analysis, review and systems

Key Accountabilities:

Head of Franchise will lead the Franchise Department (FD) to:

1. Franchise Development:

  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy of the franchise model and FD’s targets and KPIs in line with PVA strategy
  • Ensure Sales, Marketing, Training and Communication programs are relevant to promote successfully the franchise model to partners with coordination with relevant departments for implementation and delivery
  • Develop adequate procedures for franchise business continuity in case of incidents or crisis
  • Ensure continuous improvement process is in place to enhance/maintain a robust franchise framework, policies and procedures. Identify areas of improvements, develop and implement solutions with relevant functions
  • Manage any projects incl. workshops or ad-hoc management requests related to Franchise

2. Franchise Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the opening, of the GAs, TOs & SOs as per plan
  • Manage and coach the GAs, TOs & SOs in order to support them for more business performance including sales, customer services & operations, office management, people management and development via regular visits and performance reviews on the field
  • Ensure smooth and effective collaboration with relevant CoE on these areas (i.e. AD, DTD, OP, etc.)
  • Assess and review regularly performance of GAs, TOs & SOs
  • Coordinate and manage the transferring, closing, suspending, upgrading, and relocation of the GAs, TOs & SOs
  • With support of other functions, conduct the audits as per the audit program defined by Franchise Operations and coordinate with other functions on the field
  • Support relevant functions on sales support events or training activities to GAs, TOs & SOs

3. Franchise Operations:

  • Develop adequate operations and administrative procedures during the whole life cycle of franchises (opening, day to day activities, transferring, closing, suspending, upgrading, relocation, contract review, work with vendors, other administrative tasks such contract maintenance, sign off & archiving, memos etc.). Perform relevant administrative tasks under FO and ensure compliance with the procedures.
  • Develop and monitor Department, GAs, TOs & SOs reports and dashboards, conduct relevant analysis to identify areas of improvements
  • Build and prepare FD reports to management, TLT, other functions
  • Develop, produce and maintain adequate database and systems on GAs, TOs, SOs ‘operations, administration and performance (i.e. franchise database, communication platforms, dashboard, KPIs, P&L etc.)
  • Communicate relevant company information to GAs, TOs, SOs and communicate related GAs, TOs, SOs information to relevant departments in the company
  • Develop Audit programs, consolidate and monitor the audits with support of other functions
  • Lead GAs, TOs & SOs incidents or crisis handling with support from other functions
  • Manage and follow up any Risk management, Compliance, Regulator or Internal Audit activities related to Franchise Department.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master in Economics/ Business Administration

2. Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, management, finance, oversight and controlling functions
  • Successful track records in insurance or at least financial service industry

3. Knowledge

  • Strategy, Business Management & Development, Operations, Finance and internal control
  • Business and Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Project Management and Process Improvement expert
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
