Mô tả Công việc

A. AAP representative functions: (90% of workload)

1. Marketing and Spec-in Activities of glass product (Main responsibility)

  • Collect the information of construction project
  • Select target projects
  • Find out key influencers of the projects and make good relationship with them
  • Find out performance requirement of the projects
  • Direct promotion of suitable High Value Added products to key influencers

2. Networking activity of Chemical product

  • Attend the meeting with authority, organization and institution with AAP members

3. Survey about specific issues based on AAP's request

  • Report
  • Weekly Report
  • Monthly Report
  • Every Half Year Report
  • Every Year Report:

5. Regular Meeting:

  • Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly meeting with each section and group of AAP through Phone, Video conference or F to F (Frequency and method will be considered later.)

B. PVC business functions (10% of workload)

1. Market research of PVC:

  • By hearing from customer, checking official data, attending business exhibition etc. collect information relating to PVC market (trend of sector, demand of market and each customers, strategy of competitor (including offer price), competition among customers, information of alternative product (PE,PP etc.)

2. Sales planning:

  • Based on the request from boss, prepare sales plan of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly one by reference the information of market and customers.

3. Retention and development of PVC customers:

  • By planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
  • Follow up existing customers and obtains sales contract every month.
  • Develop new customer

4. Follow up sales activity:

  • Send price offer to customers every month and conclude monthly contract.
  • Based on the contract, receive sales order from customers. - Internally check stock availability and check credit status.
  • Follow up delivery schedule, payment, request/complain from customers by co-working with relating department.

5. Report: VN staff in HCMC

  • Send daily report and communicate by phone, email if require

6. Meeting

  • Meeting: In HCM at least once a month.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Male or female
  • University degree
  • Age: 26-35 years old
  • Working experience in sales or marketing at least 3 years
  • IT skill for Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word
  • Business level English of speaking, listening, writing and reading.
  • Don’t hesitate communication with Japanese superior in English
  • Good communication with Vietnamese and Japanese
  • Business Awareness

  • Information seeking
  • Reporting: To share information timely with own idea/plan
  • Personality requirement
