Mô tả Công việc

1. Marketing strategy:

Calendar Management

  • To help build robust marketing calendars which are budget based and relative to market specific insights as well as and regional strategies and tactics.
  • To develop promotions program to promote sales.
  • To develop strategy.

Advertising (Promotions)

  • To develop brand advertising strategy within brand position and platforms to improve quality of advertising in the region.
  • To manage and cultivate agencies to become strong partners through training and communication.
  • To oversee development of public relations efforts and dissemination of crisis communication.

Pricing: To develop pricing strategy.

Menu Management

  • Regulation review menu items and delete and add as necessary
  • To review menu panels to reflect strategy.

2. Brand strategy:

  • To have responsible for all marketing activities
  • Short term and long term marketing strategy direction
  • Execute promotions of products effectively and efficiently
  • Monthly, quarterly and annually marketing planning, implementing, tracking and evaluating
  • To ensure that products at Outlets are well merchandised
  • To follow up other departments to make sure all promotional events and activities are well prepared and on scheduled
  • To set, implement and follow through each project budget and marketing annual budgets
  • To analyse and evaluate activities concerning regular customers, tariffs, promotion campaigns
  • Preparing market research brief
  • To create more scope for business with corporate tie-ups
  • To enhance the marketing value of the company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree required; BA (Marketing) preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience at same position in Quick Service Restaurant/ Retail multinational organizations required. 
  • Food industry and/or Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in market research in an agency preferred.

2. Skills: 

  • Applies creative judgment with professional advertising agencies
  • Must have experience with managing consumer, brand and product insights programs.
  • Understands local store marketing and trade marketing
  • Possesses strategic thinking abilities
  • Has basic knowledge of new product development preferred
  • Knowledge of consumer insights.

3. Competencies:

  • Influencing/Thought Leadership
  • Demonstrates ability to negotiate and support decisions
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
