CHĂM SÓC KHÁCH HÀNG (CUSTOMER SERVICE - WAREHOUSE)

Job Description

- Work with consignee , shipper, warehouse , carrier/ vendor, Trucker quote and proceed cargo according to customer’s instruction.

- Follow up warehouse management ( In-Out-Balance) together with warehouse staffs to report to customer.

- Do the relating documents when receiving customer’s instruction , Cargo Report daily .

- Input data into the systems, closing file for Accounting Dept (Debit note/ Credit note / Request for payment /...)

- Follow up daily complaints & problems and Report problems to Supervisor/Manager on time

Job Requirement

-          College / University (major Warehousing and Logistics)

-          Word, Excel, Outlook , ERP, EDI system

-          Chinese is advantage

-          At least 01 years experienced in logistics / forwarder , priority for candidate have experience about warehousing.
