· Develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies and Processes.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with labor law and related regulations.
· Collaborate with Partners to ensure alignment with business objectives
· Conduct effective recruitment processes, ensuring diversity in the workforce.
· Collaborate with departments to retain and optimize employee performance.
· Strategize workforce planning and talent acquisition.
· Maintain and update comprehensive and accurate HR records.
· Ensure the safety and security of employee information.
· Ensure employee records align with business requirements.
· Design and implement training and development programs.
· Build KPI for HR team.
· Collaborate and advise HoDs to build their department KPI
· Monitor performance and promote individual growth.
· Make sure the monthly payroll on time, correct and smoothly.
· Design and maintain benefit and welfare program.
· Partner with HoDs to understand department- specific benefit requirements.
· Support employees in understanding and utilizing these programs.
· Address and resolve employee’s compliance and conflicts.
· Collaborate with HoDs to understand and address departmental concerns
· Organize and report HR-related information.
· Analyze data to propose improvements.
· Collaborate with HoDs to provide department-specific analytics for strategic decision-making.
· Support and lead change initiatives in collaboration with HoDs
· Ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives across the organization.
· Develop, implement, and maintain Admin Policies and Processes
· Monitor and ensure the positive environment of office and production employees.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related major
· Master degree is plus
· Minimum 05 years of HR and administrative management.
· At least 3 years at Manager level preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
· Any Professional in HR certifications is advantage.
