Supervises and ensures that all activities in assigned working area are performed in accordance with SOP; give qualified products.
Takes in charge of supervising manufacturing process, ensure follow manufacturing direction and production schedule
Analyze productivity/ defective ratio and give improving trends
Review/ Check all Batch Records from starting process to ending process (in both issuing and closing time)
Report, control inventory and status of materials
Control input data of their controlled processes on MRP, assure all batch records are inputted on time
Compile/ update training program, conduct training orientation to subordinates, report training result of all workers (subordinates) to superior.
Compile documents that serve/ relate to their jobs (SOP, WI, etc.)
Monitor and prevent troubles happening
Treat and report the deviation happening to superiors timely
Maintain disciplines, motivate inquiring minds and initiatives of workers.
Cooperate with relative departments to carry out validation, study new products, etc.

Fresh Graduated from University (major in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields)
Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
Good English communication
Teamwork skills
Strong and good discipline
Can work in shift (4 shifts: 06:00 - 14:00; 14:00 - 22:00; 22:00 - 06:00; 08:00 - 17:00), shift change per week
Company bus is provided to commute from HCMC to Bình Dương for all shifts
