Job Description
· Send quotations via email to customers in English using the company's templates upon request.
· Post updates and respond to messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, etc., assigned for management. Use the company's provided image editing tools.
· Send emails to check in and offer products to assigned existing customers.
· Update customer information in the company's CRM software.
· Perform other customer search and care tasks as assigned by the company.
· Participate in domestic and international industry fairs and seminars according to the company's policy.
Job Requirement
· Male/Female, aged from 25 to 32.
· Graduated from colleges in the fields of economics, aquaculture, agriculture, etc.
· Proficient in reading and writing emails in English.
· Strong computer skills, especially office software.
· At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
· Hardworking, able to work under pressure, and good at teamwork.
· Knowledge of Spanish or Japanese is an advantage.
