Our Group has a need to recruit the PURCHASER position with following requirements:

Job description

This position will report to Genenal Director.Be responsible for purchasing work. Receive the purchasing request from related departments. Review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.The responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.).Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on timeResearch potential vendorsCompare and evaluate offers from suppliersNegotiate contract terms of agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryReview quality of purchased productsEnter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databasesMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesHandle the problem if any related to purchasing materialsPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesFollow PR and place orders as requestedCoordinate with related department to ensure the supply for production line timelyAnalysis and stay up-to-date with industry trendsMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesHandle the problem if any related to purchasing materialsPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesFollow PR and place orders as requestedCoordinate with related department to ensure the supply for production line timelyAnalysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Job Requirement

Skills And Experience• Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field• New graduated - DON'T REQUIRE EXPERIENCE • Strong communication & Logical thinking• Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)• Good time management - able to make timely decisions that can create real savings or cost avoidance• Good teamwork - able to work cross functional team effectively• Influence and persuasion skills• Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills• Self-motivated and result-oriented
