1. Effective relationships and communication with adidas LO/HQ stakeholders
2. Support brand with excellent product execution at every stage and create awareness of critical timelines and product challenges
3. Take full ownership of product quality at every development stage through material, component, FGT and compliance testing.
4. Align internally with the Manager of development on creating and implementing the cascading goals and annual road maps
5. Enhance connectivity and help to establish a network across internal functions CE, each COO, GME, aIC, QIP (OCPT) but also selected T2,T3 TECH partners.
6. Provide innovative Kaizen suggestions related to sample quality, bonding process optimizations, automation level, machinery upgrade (no-sew, heat press) in order to excel in product consistency
Job Requirement
- At least 03 - 10 years of work experience in the Footwear industry (development, quality, production...)
- Quantity: 10 people (02 Manager for 2 team, 03 Supervisor/Head, 05 Staff)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills to work under a diverse culture.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- High sense of responsibility, good communication skill, ability to work independently and a collaborative team player
- Attention to details, deadline-oriented with strong time-management skills.
