Oversee the reconciliation process for Sales bonuses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedure.
Validate bonus calculations based on sales performance data, bonus scheme.
Review & request update internal documents, sales force communication channel or training documents for upcoming schemes/ campaigns.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to bonus payments, collaborating with IT incentive and sales teams.
Prepare and present detailed reports on bonus reconciliation and performance metrics to management.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with POS system providers and ensure effective integration and functionality.
Oversee the setup and configuration of POS systems for sales activities, including managing terminal assignments and updates.
Address and resolve any issues related to POS systems, working closely with IT and external vendors to ensure system reliability.
Administrative Support:
Provide monthly movement list (sales networks employees) & update related information in system, create code and role for new sales management and upper management level (internal recruitment), provide administrative support to the sales team.
Maintain accurate and organized records related to bonus payments. Perform activities related to post-reconciliation on Sales bonus and campaigns:
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance bonus reconciliation, user account management, and POS system processes.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with People, IT, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Provide support and insights to internal stakeholders regarding bonus reconciliation, user accounts and Homesis/CAS system issues
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, admin, bonus reconciliation, or a similar role
