Senior accountant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.

- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

- Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

1. Education background requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

- > 3 years of experience from a similar position –Receivable Senior Accountant with ERP Netsuite experience is plus.

- Working knowledge of e-commerce company and trading company.

- Experience working in financial systems software, including the general ledger and subledgers.
