I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Cost estimation for construction work related to renovation and extension;
Check the appropriate between estimation, drawings and technical requirements
Checking, analyzing and evaluating bids;
Check the bill of quantities (BOQ) of the contractor together with the construction contract;
Check the balance sheet of the contractors;
Participate in technical and price negotiation with Bidder;
Summary total cost of the construction investment;
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager;
Others works.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

At least 5 years experience at a quantity surveyor position.
University degree in technology with emphasis on construction, architecture, M&E or related majors;
Knowledge about construction price;
Familiar with the process of a construction work;
Understand technical drawings, technical requirements, project standards;
Understand basicly design related to architecture, structure, M&E ;
Understand technical requirements of project, technical standards .
