Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Creative Video Content for Branding:

• Develop concepts and scripts (storyboard, shot list) for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and e-commerce.
• Produce various video content formats, including advertisements, product reviews, tutorials, viral videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Ensure video content effectively represents the brand image, attracts viewers, and enhances brand recognition.

2. Filming & Video Editing:

• Directly handle filming, lighting setup, and camera angles to create high-quality videos.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software.
• Add effects, text overlays, music, and filters that align with content trends.
• Ensure the final video meets quality standards and is optimized for different social media platforms.

3. Supervise & Collaborate with Agencies/Production Teams:

• For large projects, collaborate with agencies or production teams to oversee filming and video production.
• Provide clear requirements on visuals, quality, and content to ensure alignment with brand direction.
• Review and suggest edits to optimize the final video product.

4. Trend Monitoring & Video Content Optimization:

• Stay updated on viral video trends, filming techniques, and editing styles for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Optimize videos for SEO and platform algorithms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) to increase reach and engagement.
• Analyze video performance and propose improvements based on data and audience feedback.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

1. Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Video Production, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Social Media.

2. Education:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Filmmaking, or a related field.

3. Technical Skills:

• Strong filmmaking skills, proficient in using cameras and specialized mobile devices to create high-quality content.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other video editing software.
• Ability to edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) following trends, incorporating creative effects, music, and filters.
• Understanding of social media content creation and storytelling in video formats.
• Experience working with Agencies/Production Houses is a plus.

Report to: Creative Manager.

Location: 555 3/2 Street, 8 Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
