Objective of the Position:
The position is in charge of managing All FGs and semi-products received from production including finished goods, work-in-process, blocked/left overs/ approved FG. for destruction and assures efficient packing & loading, accurate on-time shipping.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Inventory control
1). To manage inbound and outbound stock movement of finished goods warehouse operation. Ensuring that inventory records are accurate and that there are measures in place to control inventory
2). To coordinate with the related Managers (Production, Sales support and Import/Export) in preparing specified finished products for storing and planning delivery.
3). To coordinate with the QC Manager in handling quality issues concerning finished products in stock.
4). To conduct energy saving program in Warehouse, transport cost and OT
5). To update stock data on a regular basis and make regular stock reports to the BOD and to the Chief Accountant.
Warehouse layout: Planning the warehouse layout to maximize space and prevent loss or damage
6). To supervise and train WH staffs (packing, forklift), vehicles and other equipment, oversee security, sanitation and administration functions.
7). To perform proper packing activities (including wooden box, pallets) control assigned as ISO procedures and instructions.
8). To make proposals for how to improve stock control and optimise costs.
Shipment preparation: Ensuring that shipments are ready for delivery, including generating packing lists and bills of lading
Shipment delivery: Ensuring that all scheduled shipments are delivered on time and accurately
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
KPI
1. College/Bachelor of Industrial management/Business Administration/ Accounting/ Logistics & Supply chain.
2. Working English communication
3. Computer skills (excel, word)
4. Basic knowledge about Food safety & Hygiene
5. Knowledge in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000, HACCP and ISO 22000).
6. 2+ years of experience in a warehouse lead role
7. Honest, organized, proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
8. Capable problem-solving and leadership
9. Ability to work with all levels of company staffs
