Manufacturing Excellence

We possess state-of-the-art production facilities capable of generating up to 20,000 metric tons annually of fillers and additives. As part of our strategic growth initiatives, we are committed to further enhancing our manufacturing capabilities by investing in additional production lines and expanding our factory infrastructure. Our goal is to increase our production capacity to an impressive 50,000 metric tons per annum.

Raw Material Advantage

Vietnam proudly holds the distinction world's largest reserve of Ground calcium carbonate (GCC) with extraordinary whiteness up to 98% and more than 98.5% purity. Capitalizing on this invaluable asset, we conduct evaluation of CaCO3 Powder by scanning electron microscope (SEM) to select the most suitable powder fit for each customer's plastic manufacturing process.

Stringent Quality Control

To record, control, and inspect the effectiveness, efficiency, and traceability of the production process for Masterbatch and Additives. Our products are in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, Halal Standard, REACH, ROSH, OK Compost.We apply the 5S methodology from LEAN management to enable us to produce high-quality masterbatches in mass production, enhance quality control, productivity, and safety in production plants while minimizing production cost.
