Job Details
Position: Manufacturing Quality Control Staff - Manufacturing | Nhân viên Quản lý Chất lượng Sản xuất
Job Code: 58358

Responsibility

- Establish and maintain in - process defect control system
- Daily monitor in-process defects and analyze data of inline defect control system to take an appropriate action
- Have responsibilities to solve any problems in the event of occurrence. Work with other departments to together find out solutions and report to manager.
- Deploy problem auditing and Horizontal activity to prevent recurrence
- Make weekly/ monthly report
- Implement new line, new process and new machine trial to find out and resolve problems before conducting mass production
- Set testing standards for new products

- Working location: My Hao, Hung Yen
- Working Time: 8:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
- Monthly Salary: 300 – 800USD

Requirements

- Gender: Male. From 25 - 30 years old

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering of Electrics, Mechatronics or relevant fields

- Experience: At least 1 year experience in Quality control or related fields. - Understand well PDCA concept, QC 7 tools, QC story (QC 7 steps).

- Good at management database

- Language: Good command of English written and spoken - Conversational level (equivalent to Toeic 450 certificate upward)

- Good at:

+ Management Database

+ Microsoft Office skill ( Word, Excel & Powerpoint )

+ Communication, teamwork skill

+ Good problem solving and analytical skills

- Have high responsibility and be able to work well under high pressure

- Characteristics: friendly, outgoing, adaptability, cooperative
