Mô tả Công việc

- Working location: D1, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 2500~3500 USD

Responsibility

I. Business development
▪ Actively involved in preparation of sales pitches and other business development materials
▪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
▪ Generate new business opportunities through dedicated networking with C-level executives at financial service firms, private equity, and other sector-focused industry players
II. Project delivery
▪ Support and manage transaction execution across all M&A stages including industry research, deal sourcing, preparation, and presentation of deliverables (client report, fund-raising materials, and due diligence report to name a few)
▪ Manage all counterparties to ensure transaction milestones are met
▪ Perform extensive financial analysis, valuation analysis, and business modeling
▪ Provide insightful advice to C-level executives during M&A stages
III. Training and development
▪ Actively engaged in the growth of M&A team through OJT for junior members

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Gender: Any
- Age: over 30
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree from top-tier University
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
▪ Over 5 years of experience in M&A execution and/or management role
▪ Experience in corporate finance in an investment bank, professional services firm or boutique with a track record of working on both the buy-side and sell-side, as well as finance raising.
▪ Strong financial and modeling skills based on a well-developed understanding of financial statements.
▪ Ability to hold sound commercial judgment and generate creative solution
- Others:
▪ Strong project management skills
▪ Proven ability to produce high-quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use
▪ Flexibility to travel (approx. 25 to 75%).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
▪ MBA or Master's degree in finance (or related field) from top tier university
▪ CFA qualification
▪ Transactions experience in a client-facing role within a professional service, investment bank, or similar organization(s)
▪ Good relationship/connection with local companies
▪ Japanese language skills would be a plus
