<Position Objective/Expectation> Responsible for sales activities to accomplish the department's goals and coordinate with other departments to accomplish the Company's common goals.
<Job description> - Take care of current customers and find new customers/potential customers from different sources. - Send requests for quotation (ER), prepare quotes & follow feedback from customers. - Sample development and tracking (NPD) with customers. - Prepare contracts; Monitor and revoke storage contracts. - Receive and deploy orders. - Recommend materials based on Forecasts & customer orders. - Responsible for tracking inventory, and coordinating with Sales Admin to urge customers to receive inventory. Deliver all inventory of old models before switching to new models. - Manage sales plans to achieve goals. - Resolve and respond to customer complaints and information requests; Evaluate customer satisfaction. - Monitor and collect debt. - Implement and store documents according to ISO and BRC procedures. - Perform tasks requested by superiors.

- Age: 28 - 35 - Gender: Male Only - Education: Bachelor/College Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing or relevant. - Language: English - Business Level. - Experience: At least 3 years in B2B Sales (Preferred in the packaging field) - Skills: + Good command of personal communications, and negotiation skills + Ability to work independently or in group with high pressure and responsibility
