- Location Address: Son Tinh, Quang Ngai
- Monthly Salary: 25M ~ 35M
1. Manpower Planning and Control:
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly manpower budgets.
• Forecast future manpower
• Expedite recruitment of management staff and mass recruitment
• Maintain an updated and complete set of job descriptions and job specifications for each position in the company.
3. Employee Benefits:
• Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonuses, medical coverage, retirement benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain/attract existing staff/applicants.
• In charge of payroll for Vietnamese and expats, SI, PIT.
5. Performance Appraisal:
• Administer employee appraisal system for all staff.
• Review the current performance of each staff, identify training needs to bridge and develop staff with potential.
6. Employment Relations / Communications: Provide adequate communication channels and counseling services to staff.
• Supervising day-to-day operations of Admin
• Managing smooth operation of the canteen, security, Company vehicles, cleaning, gardening, office supplies, uniform, etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: over 30 years old
・Gender : Any
・Bachelor Degree major in Personnel Management / Business Administration / Social Sciences or equivalent
・Language: Business in English or Japanese
・Candidate who live in Quang Ngai or Quang Ngai origins.
・At least three years of working experience as a Manager or same-level position
・ Good knowledge of manufacturing operation and personnel practices and procedure
・ Conversant with labor laws and employment ordinances
・Good marketing connection with recruitment sources, strong management, and interpersonal skills.
・Mature, innovative, progressive, pleasant, and outgoing personality
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Good Japanese Skills (Big Plus)
・Having HR Manager experience in the company, 300-600 staff level
・Have good communication skills
