We are looking for an AM to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role is AM to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers focusing on Rail Hailing, Transportation & Shipping industry, develop new business from existing Merchant and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Job description

  • Develop strong relationships with merchants, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing reports.
  • Answer merchant queries and identify new business opportunities among existing merchants.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the merchants & end-user experiences at merchants.
  • Monitoring and manage Marketing Campaign internally & Merchant monthly/quarterly to achieve best performance needed.
  • Collaborate with Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, RnD, Plan & Strategy, Product team to achieve KPIs while keeping our Merchant satisfied and engaged with ZaloPay.


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchants account matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Merchant relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to merchants and user needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing Merchant and/or identify areas of improvement to meet KPIs (User growth – MPU/NPU).
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status/insights.
  • Collaborate with internal team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with challenging Merchant requests or issue escalations as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 3-4 years experiences with related roles in agency side. Candidates who have experiences in agencies, which dealt with big Tech service/Marketing Solution/e-Com Campaign management companies, will be a plus.
  • Experience delivering Merchant-focused solutions to customer needs or experience in sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relevant field.
