A Foreign company is looking for an Accounting Associate (Hybrid working) to join and support in investigating potential investment opportunities in Vietnam.
Bookkeeping for management company, advisory entities and the holding company.
Receive, review, refute or confirm expenses for: research, company expenses, employee, fund expenses
Create payments for all confirmed expenses.
Assist COO to answer company’s auditor questions.
Assist compliance to answer annual regulatory reviews.
Learn the financial rules from Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and apply them to company clients as appropriate.
For those with financial services experience:
Complete monthly Net Asset Value reconciliation for fund(s).
Assist in recalculating Fund fees.
Engage with Fund Administrator to resolve questions.
Participate in annual review of Fund Administrator with compliance team

Bachelor of accounting (or the equivalent)
Having knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
Must advance English (minimum: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 945 / TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent)
