· Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting requirements.
· Lead treasury and cash flow planning, with a focus on factory accounting.
· Review and ensure compliance of accounting records under current VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards), providing guidance as needed.
· Conduct audits to validate the logic and reliability of accounting transactions, proactively making corrections as necessary.
· Utilize accounting software to review journal entries, accounting books, and internal and external reports.
· Oversee the depreciation of Fixed Assets (FA) and allocation of Long-term Prepaid expenses.
· Establish procedures for managing Fixed Assets, Long-term Prepaid expenses, and Production tools.
· Develop and supervise procedures for cash receipt and payment, as well as inventory management. Monitor cash operations and balances.
· Collaborate with internal and external auditors when required, conducting periodic internal audits and reporting regularly.
· Review payroll calculations received from HR and provide guidance as needed.
· Review importing, exporting, and other Sales/economic Contracts for comprehensive information and advice.
· Propose changes and innovations based on accounting data to enhance the effectiveness of the Accounting Department and improve internal and external controls.
· Build and oversee the preparation of Corporation reports and Financial Statements in accordance with VAS. Ensure timely submission of legal reports.
· Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and analyze operational and relevant costs.
· Manage and develop the team to enhance existing processes.
· Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in the ledger and generate required financial statements on schedule.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Auditing is required.
· Practical knowledge of local tax rules and regulations, as well as a solid understanding of tax principles and systems.
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager/Accountant/Accounting Manager, with strong financial analysis and costing skills.
· High level of integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and effective communication skills.

· Commitment to a long-term relationship with the company; standard contract starts with a 3-year term.
