· Build the yearly Admission plan according to the school mission, vision & core values.
· Make the annual budget & KPIs for the admission department.
· Analysis, build the strategic plan of the admission department.
· Join to the management team to build the school tuition fees, competitive offers to recruit more students.
· Implement the advertisement of admissions based on group of students.
· Manage the admission team to ensure the effective activities & the professionalism of the admission team.

· Bachelor's or higher education in Sales, PR Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields.
· From 5 years of work experiences in similar position.
· Excellent English skills.
· Have experience in building relationships of school communities.
· Understand parents and student’s thoughts and needs.
· Have good communication skill, negotiation skill & presentation skills.
· Be enthusiastic, dynamic and love children.
· Can work under pressure.
