• Supervise SE to develop sale & brand awareness in all customers including Key customers/accounts and traditional cosmetics shops
• Propose initiatives and follow up with SE to ensure perfect execution and customers development.
• Coach the team to implement our business plans including marketing campaigns by using the tools and materials defined by the marketing department (product, speech, promotion program, event, assortment, display).
• Negotiate with customers and support to implement activations in key cosmetics shops/key accounts.
• Cooperate and follow up with SE/key business partners including marketing, operation and logistics company for OOS issues (if any) and other execution tasks.
• Understand and provide provincial insights (customers/shoppers behaviors) to better route to market plans and execute the plans.
• Enrich customers portfolio in provinces. Make frequent visits to key cosmetics shops in distant provinces to support brands to develop and ensure that the policy is strictly followed.
• Plan & check visits of SE/BA to have effectiveness in customers visit.
• Coordinate with training team to plan & execute training courses in order to transfer Brand product knowledge and brand DNA to customers.
• Develop and build up the team capability.
• In charge of recruiting, coach, lead and set the targets for BA to ensure off-takes and on field operation
• Organize, prepare & keep meeting drumbeat with key accounts with monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings
• At least 3 years as Key Account Manager or Trade marketing Executive level up in health and beauty industry/dermatology cosmetics.

• Having insights of general cosmetics channel is a plus
• English workable.
