- Working time: Monday to Friday (8h30-17h00); Alternate Saturday (8h30-12h00)
- Location: Leadvisor Tower, 643 Pham Van Dong, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi
1. Make a marketing plan for the category:
- Make a communication plan for the category according to the marketing strategy and effective for customers
- Collaborate with partners/teams to develop media ideas and develop media ideas
- Participate in the plan to organize the launch of new products, new features of the product
- Always update trends, behaviors, tastes of consumers & markets to make appropriate adjustments to the category's communication/marketing plan.
- Building a marketing strategy based on STP/4Cs category
- Marketing Mix, IMC category
- Planning the market research of the category: both quantitative / qualitative, coordinating to propose new product development, new features
- Set up brand metrics
- Effectively set up & manage category budgets
2. Implementation of marketing activities
- Coordinate with "Brand Service Provider", PM, PP, Sales departments to implement marketing activities
- Manage and supervise all marketing activities related to the category
- Monitor brand health, sales-related metrics, coverage to propose solutions to increase image, brand coverage
- Budget management: industry communication budget
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years of experience in the Marketing field
- Mass communication expertise includes the ability to plan and control effective media
- Ability to develop a Media Category Master Plan for a new campaign
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Technology sector experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-growth company
- Hands-on and motivated by challenging work.
