1. B2B sale (70%)
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly activity and revenue targets.
2. Market research (20%)
- Being proactive in terms of giving feedback on market information and new ideas to Board members.
- Being enthusiastic and detail attentive to bring relevant market information to markeing team and assit in company's seminar workshop
3. Team work (10%)
Well coordinate with team member to push sale or generate indirect business activities to push sale of company
- Preferably minimum 2 years experiences of relevant work;
- Proven ability of a sale advisor
- Able to communicate in English is a must;
- Trendy personal style and knowledge of current market trend in beauty industry would be an advantage
- University Degree or equivalent majoring in Business studies, Marketing or Commerce
- Literate computers skills
