Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure the best terms for our company.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business unit.
+ Develop and expand the sales team in alignment with the company’s growth. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve set objectives and target.
+ Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
+ Reports to the Managing Director for the time being.

Bachelor’s Degreeor higher in marketing, business management, logistics or any related fields.
Proven experience in sales management within the logistics industry.
Strong understanding of warehousing operations and domestic distribution channels.
Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Willing to travel in and out of the country.
