· Developing business opportunities and pipeline by identifying new clients and further enhancing and managing relationships with potential customer and key accounts.
· Consult sales manager in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in the marketplace and deliver expected target for the segment in the allocated region
· Assists in providing product and solutions to customer within the area of services including technical service solution.
· Regularly and pro-actively informs the back-office (including, marketing, Lab, operations, Logistic and finance) about the necessary sales support level and coordinates their actions towards to support customer or solve problem
· Works closely with Spec Seller team to do a successful cohesion and coherence for project specification and warranty project.
· Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as policies/procedures with regard to business conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulation
· University graduate/MBA is plus.
· At least 5 years working experience; Knowledge & Work Experience in Paints and coatings industry is a plus.
· Have experience in new business development and penetration
· Mobility working
· Integrity and trust, customer focused, entrepreneurial spirit, has intellectual horsepower, can deal with ambiguity and paradox, results orientated, able to keep focused and motivated when challenges occur, ability to manage own time.
· Fluent in English. Chinese communication is plus
