OBJECTIVES
Responsible for mapping processes, enabling process improvements and automation in assigned areas (high complexity level).
Support Unit Head in developing framework and document templates for process management.
COMMUNICATION
- Internal (within VPB FC): With all key stakeholders – IT, Operations, Risk, Finance, Collections, Sales etc.
External (outside VPB FC): Consulting partners/ external vendor to provide service for company
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process management
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the assigned process areas within defined timeline
- Review the process management plan with direct management, stakeholders and revise the schedule as if needed
- Monitor process mapping/improvement plan and report actual progress to Project Review Committee on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
- Map, analysis and evaluate “as-is” business processes. Outline and propose “to-be” business process with improvements, areas for automation
- Coordinate with internal key stakeholders in implementing automation solutions for business processes
- Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes related to productivity, quality, cost, time and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with Finance Division in performing cost and benefit analysis of improvement / automation of processes
2. Vendor management
- Monitor and verify all budgeted expenditures to vendors in the assigned process areas
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of vendors, including evaluating their performance against KPIs agreed in contracts
- Ensure that vendor delivers according to agreed scope and timeline
3. Other
- Actively seek out new options/ideas to deliver same project expected results with better cost and time-to-market that align with strategy and current business conditions of VPB FC
- Alert management to process management issues such as cost, schedule or scope change
- Providing training and knowledge / experience sharing to other team members
- Consult, share experience with colleagues within same department as well as from other departments regarding process management
- Perform other ad-hoc assigned tasks
- Min. 3 years of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, etc.) sphere, experience in consumer finance industry is a plus
- Min. 5 years of experience in business process management, experience in setting up new Business Process Management unit/ framework is a plus
- Good understanding of technical areas/ operations of finance industry
- Project management tools (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, Scrum)
- Strong working experience with process mapping tools: IBM Blueworks, Microsoft Visio, yED
- Experience of business process automation
- Experience in managing a team is a plus
