1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies for VPBank, focusing on customer acquisition through app installs and lead generation campaigns.
2. Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring all team members are aligned with VPBank's goals and objectives.
3. Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and other relevant platforms.
4. Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize creative assets, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
6. Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to VPBank's website.
7. Monitor and analyze web analytics data to inform digital marketing strategies and optimize user experience.
8. Stay current with industry trends such as AI and best practices, implementing new ideas and tactics where appropriate.
9. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI on digital marketing initiatives.
10. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition, preferably in the financial services industry.
3. Proven track record of success in running and optimizing app install and lead generation campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and other platforms.
4. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience implementing optimization strategies.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
6. Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
7. Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
