- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company's long-term commercial vision.
Market Expansion and Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's footprint globally.
- Lead initiatives to develop and launch new products or enter new market segments.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, setting targets and strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the sales department.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee contract negotiations with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that contractual agreements are in alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
Market Intelligence and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field, MBA is a plus
- 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, 3 years of experience in the field of plastic business, plastic additives, and plastic chemicals
- 4 years of experience developing sales channels is an advantage
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the plastics, chemical, or related industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
