Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets. Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company's long-term commercial vision. Market Expansion and Business Development:
Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's footprint globally. Lead initiatives to develop and launch new products or enter new market segments. Sales Leadership:
Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, setting targets and strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals. Foster a high-performance culture within the sales department. Customer Relationship Management:
