We are a next-generation marketing and payment platform that connects market-leading brands with consumers through a simple-to-use, fully integrated and data-driven coalition loyalty program. Our solution enables consumers to earn and burn loyalty points conveniently by interacting and transacting with the brands of their choices across a nation-wide merchant network that today reaches 30% of the Vietnamese consumers. Our goal is to revolutionize the omnichannel shopping experience in Vietnam and set the standards for how brands should engage their customers by leveraging data to drive consumer insights, marketing efficiency, and product personalization. We also offer a technology solution to help established businesses enhance their existing loyalty programs with access to a broad, diversified portfolio of brands and rewards.

Role & Responsibility of the Content team:

The content team will be the voice of the Brand to customers. We’re looking for the best possible available content writer who has an urge to build love for the brand via each piece of content delivered to the public. Whether it is a post on Facebook or a title for push notification or naming for a new feature that results in the user’s excitement.

As our member of the Content team, your role will be to accelerate this brand love. You’ll need to foster a culture of creativity and use trends to build your content and use your product assets to build new trends. Hence, the content team will be critical source within the Marketing team and will be recognized by performance.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Undertake competitive research and benchmarking to guide our social media strategy while ensuring that this ties in with our key audiences. You will then play a key role in executing this strategy.
  • To regularly engage and interact with our follower base on all owned-platform: app, in-app communications, and other digital channels.
  • Generate and share daily content across all digital channels that successfully generate: to entice, engage and entertain. All whilst building meaningful connections and encouraging users & followers to take action to support business results.
  • Work closely with the Digital & Social media team, PR team, and marketing agencies where applicable to ensure that the best solutions and results are achieved.
  • Identify and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of our social content.
  • Create content calendars and social schedules.
  • With support from the Digital & Social Media team, capture and analyze the social analytics data (across platforms) and act on the findings.
  • To update and achieve agreed KPI’s.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of high-quality social media assets that will increase the likelihood that people will interact with our platform.
  • Plan and execute real-time marketing to capitalize on the interest in a particular subject (when relevant).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

You should apply if:

  • Love to write and the ability to write different pieces of content that attract user’s attention.
  • Being an excellent team player and having a positive attitude.
  • Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital marketing specialist.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrating brand social media experience and knowledge of various social analytics tools.
  • Having knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO best practice.
  • Possessing a strong knowledge of online marketing and the various channels.
  • Having strong attention to detail, with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to do a quick translation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Having a degree or professional qualification in Communications, Marketing, New Media or Public Relations. 

The must-haves:

  •  2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a startup, achieving success and proven results of growing followers on a consumer-facing site
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • Being social and understanding users’ behavior; having great customer relations skill
  • Being curious and creative
  • Being relentless in pursuit of outstanding content with a high level of creativity and trends setter
  • Greater than or equal to 3 years’ experience of launching a B2C app or B2C product.
  • Ability to understand the fundamental of Consumers Research, Product Marketing, Market Communications, Brand Management.
