Collect output revenue and cost information from MRP and prepare monthly Output Report, perform Revenue and Cost analysis in order to ensure full understanding of actual cost and margin (Production Output report)
Cooperate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Standard Costing Team to validate accuracy of work orders as well as materials, labour times recording, and recommend actions for improvement.
Reconcile and prepare Monthly Report regarding The Advice Note, Raw material actual used for All Plants and Raw material Aging.
Calculate value and tax of slow-moving Inventory and Obsolete Inventory need to be disposed
Follow up disposal process, prepare required documents for Disposal, write-off it in system.
Yearly stock count management. Reconcile and adjust WIP, Finished Goods, and Raw Material in MRP to match with physical stocks
Check Work Orders details and cooperate with Production to ensure that Issuing materials into Work Orders fully and timely.
2. Support Other Departments:
Support production to create items code and change code, revert wrong transactions as per requirement from Production, Warehouse, IMEX team, problem identification, taking corrective action if needed.
3. Others tasks:
Submit documents as per required from Auditor and Tax Department
Prepare material report for Bank quarterly
Prepare Forest Monthly Report for Ranger
Support Cost Accounting Manager to prepare for Customs Report.
Coordinate with other departments to collect data for Ad-hoc reports.
Work with accounting team to reconcile all transactions regarding Material cost and Subcon Labour cost monthly.

Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
No. of related work experience: 4 – 6 years
English level: Intermediate
Experience in working with ERP
Have deep understanding about finance in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Import/Export Customs declaration and Forest Protect reporting is desired.
