Summary:
The Customer Relation Manager shall be responsible in providing and maintaining a friendly and warm atmosphere through personalized, prompt and efficient handling of Korean guest services at all times.They are responsible in delivering a seamless and a successful customer experience to our primary target customer – long/short-staying Korean guests, throughout the guest’s cycle: pre-arrival, upon arrival, settling in and moving around, stay experience, pre-departure and departure.
Responsibilities:
Pre-arrivals: The Customer Relation Manager is responsible for the effective and professional handling of the Korean guest’s needs prior to their arrival in order to achieve a speedy and seamless check-in.
Check-ins: The Customer Relation Manager is responsible for the delivery of a warm and friendly welcome of guests and to ensure their smooth check-in.
Settling In and Moving Around: The Customer Relation Manager is responsible in assisting the guest as they settle in ensuring that they move around their new environment with ease.
Stay Experience: The Customer Relation Manager is responsible in planning and organizing programs with emphasis in enriching the guest’s living experience.
Prior Departure: The Customer Relation Manager is responsible in ensuring the smooth and efficient check-out of the guest.
Departure: The Customer Relation Manager is responsible in delivering a lasting impression to our guests even after they leave the serviced residence.
Public Relations
1. Perform Public and Guest Relations duties and monitor VIP arrivals.
2. Maintain a cordial relationship with residents, suppliers, owners, clients and supporters at all times.
3. Area Director, Sales in direct mail programs and maintain an updated mailing list.
4. Actively participate in the hosted parties / events / activities organized for the residents and clients.
5. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Area General Manager
Diploma or degree in English/Hospitality.
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Excellent spoken and written both Korean and English.
Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel. Meticulous, Organized, Polite, Approachable, Attentive.
