We are looking for Customer Service Lead to join our team and provide the best service to our customer
You will working at the newest O2O e-commerce platform at Viet Nam. English – Chinese – Vietnamese spoken. You will lead customer service team and provide the best customer service to our customer.
· Team leader experience: 2 years, team size from 10
· Experience with: e-commerce/logistic in call center
· Monitor and improve processes to improve KPIs, customer experience, and work productivity
· Proactive at solve problem, Collaborate with other groups / departments to achieve business goals
· Develop training plans for your team members.
· Forecast of daily workload and peak time, plan to complete backlog but still maintain KPIs
· English or Chinese: fluently
