Job Title: Customer Service Representative, Widia Shinki

Location: Vietnam Hanoi

Job Summary  

This position is part of the Widia Shinki operations Provide front line support for customer order entry, order expediting, quoting, returns, complaint, price/availability. Manage all customer requests and be the conjunction between customer and WIDIA SHINKI VN LLC’s internal departments.

Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Ensure implementation of the WIDIA business strategy in a way that is consistent and complimentary with the team, department, and segment goals to achieve customer satisfaction, sales targets, and planned profits.
  • Manage customer quote and order by standard procedures
  • Provide product availability, lead time, shipping information to external customers in a timely manner
  • Track open order and keep close contact with plant planner to ensure timely delivery
  • Use the SAP operating system and WIDIA Center to check inventory, place orders, track shipments, etc.
  • Assist with expediting and escalating delivery for urgent orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to arrange timely shipment
  • Ensure daily communication with customers about order and quotation
  • Receive and resolve claims from customers
  • Manage customer complaints, arrange product repair, return/exchange
  • Maintain the customer master data correctly
  • Compile data and prepare reports in standard format
  • File documents in accordance with legal requirements
  • Confirming A/R with customer at the month end and send the list to financial team to issue Financial Invoice

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates Required 

  • At least fluent in two languages (English and Vietnamese)
  • Basic commercial knowledge, including pricing, finance, shipping, and export/import
  • Basic mechanical technical knowledge is a plus (not compulsory)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • System processing experience is a must, better if SAP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working language - English and Vietnamese
  • Must have a “Can Win - Can Do” attitude by enthusiastically working to achieve our goals every day
