Mô tả Công việc

  1. Working with vendors and Supply chain planner by pulling products into warehouse
  2. Receives customer order data in the system and follow up order product list to ensure the vendor delivery product on time to fulfill the customer order
  3. Maintains vendor records by updating vendor/ products information.
  4. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  5. Communicates with vendor for shipping products
  6. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  7. Maintains relationship with vendor and supply chain planner
  8. Prepare report to analyse and summarize the vendor performance
  9. Completes other assignments and special projects as requested by the Customer Service Supervisor/ Customer Service Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.   Education:

University graduate, major in Foreign trade or Economics.

2.   Experience:

·     At least 3 years experiences in the same position.

·     Experience in customer service in manufacturing companies is a plus.

·     Local candidates are preferable Ba Ria Vung Tau province

3.   Knowledge of:

·     Knowledge of Import/Export Customs and Shipping Documentation.

·     Knowledge of Furniture Industry is an advance.

·     Advanced knowledge/experience in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook 365, Skype).

4.   Skills and Abilities

·     Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

·     Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·     Constructive and creative thinking (in problem solving)

·     Proficiency in the management of resources.

·     Ability to train and coach team members on processes, procedures, compliance and product knowledge.

·     Strong competence in the use of technology and software applications including MS, ERP

·     Familiar with maintaining customer database.

·     Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
