4. Performance Evaluation:
Implement assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training and programmes

5. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in L&D
Continuously innovate and adapt L&D initiatives to meet evolving business needs

Leverage data to drive L&D decisions and ensure that training efforts are data-driven and results-oriented
