Responsible for Productivity, Quality & On time delivery from dyeing
Well experienced in continuous dyeing: production process, coordinating an allocating task/ activities to shift supervisor to minimize dye lots delay, ensure good quality of dye lots
Maintaining the chemical inventory and forecasting requirement and consumption of the chemicals
Make sure worker following the SOP.
Preparation of machine wise standard operating procedures for better functioning of men and machine
Trouble shooting of machinery related to production of quality fabrics
Highs light if any Risk of delivery
Implementing Quality Management System and ensuring adherence to the same.
Capable to formulate & implement new ideas and strategies for increasing production and increasing revenues
Imparting continuous job training and motivation to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement / skill building.

Preferred age band 35 - 38 years
Ready & valid
This position is for Indian national only.
Must have worked as Manager for plus 5 years
Well versed with costing & work efficiency
Should have good communications skills
Strong leadership skills, good relationship management skills with proven ability to co-ordinate with people across different domains.
Exceptional candidate with DIPLOMA/ BACHELOR qualifications can also be considere
