EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of L&D Manager with the following details:
Drive L&D efforts across EQuest Group and investee companies.
Coordinate with HR departments at investee companies to ensure L&D activities meet objectives.
Assist CPO with career development.
Manage the L&D team.
Continuously seek innovative training solutions to enhance employee engagement.
Take responsibility for new projects such as HR forums, mentoring, wellness work-life, and leadership coaching
Coordinate new project activities and planning.
Collaborate with investee companies.

Degree/Certification: Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
Relevant Experience: 05 years of experience in L&D Manager or similar position
Relevant Skills:
Enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous and observant.
Handle situations effectively and efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Event management skills.
Foreign Language: Excellent communication skills in English.
Usage of Office Equipment: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office software.
