Mô tả Công việc

Ensure established account business, strategic initiatives and targets for the account are supported 3. Understands the contract terms and conditions, service levels as well as customer expectations at a detailed level and take ownership for outcomes. Directs management resources to ensure that service levels are met and/ or exceed in a timely and cost effective manner throughout the life of the contract. 4. Daily communication updates, weekly, monthly report on plant operation such as performance trending of indicator. Report shall be represented with graphs trending indicators to reflect operational, maintenance, utility utilization, spares /consumable consumed & forecast for the operation and maintenance, consumables. Graph to include operating cost. Reports and documentation shall comply with Intel and JLL- RCR guidelines. 5. Ensure incident report to be release within 24 hours upon. Involve on root-cause analysis shall be released within three days. Compliance to internal and external company policy. 6. Directs management resources to ensure that service levels are met and or exceed in a timely and cost effective manner throughout the life of the contract. 7. Secures additional work through scope and or scale expansion according to the account business plan. 8. Attend safety/EHS trainings. Actively participate on internal meetings or external call meeting to subcontractor associated to the system operation and maintenance, sub-contractors. 9. Develops and implement cost saving measures. 10. Establishes the account management organization structure and approves the site level organizations. 11. Directs and leads management resources as well as leverages on available JLL- RCR resources and knowledge to sustain customer satisfaction and continuously improve the account’s performance. 12. Reviews and recommends staff and employee training programs, workshops, seminars and classes to facilitate development and improvement of competencies and proficiency. 13. Provides leadership in problem solving and decision making to ensure that account issues and challenges are resolved proactively. 14. Manages customer and supplier and contractor relationship, attends regular meetings. 15. Manages priorities and time to ensure timely completion of all assignments, tasks, activities and processes to provide quality outputs, deliverables and reports. 16. Establishes and tracks a standard monthly performance scorecard. Periodically conducts business reviews with the customer to ensure alignment between expectations and delivery. 17. Establishes the account safety program and ensures that all safety programs, goals and objectives are met or exceeded. Complies with all JLL- RCR policies and administers JLL- RCR policies, business processes and standards at the account to ensure compliance. 18. Communicates regularly with the customer to ensure that account management resources are responding effectively and efficiently to the customer’s changing needs. 19. Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.Minimum Education :  Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 

2. Minimum Experience : Total of 5 years minimum on technical field equipment operation/maintenance and exposure to projects for  at least 2 years 

3. Minimum Qualifications  :   High ethical standards, exposure on American or Asian semi-conductor industry business on the field of   facilities operation and maintenance. Strong common sense, easily identify priorities and flexible to changes 

4. Basic knowledge :  Superior/respected customer oriented behavior, familiar with a general building  operation and operation of major equipment and          systems such as HVAC system, basic electrical systems, instrumentation.   

5. Competencies : Good and strong leadership, good analytical capability and application on common sense for decision making, technically excellent on root cause analysis approaches and presentation                                         

  6. Computer skill :Good on use of Microsoft software

7. Languages capability :Good English communication skills both oral and written
