FOAMING PRODUCTION MANAGER (PU Foam Footwear)

1.Manage work related to Foaming department (R&D, demand planning, production planning, Production of PU Foam products, quality, maintenance) to ensure meet require customers (near 200 employees)

2. Directing and coordinating all aspects of the Foaming operation including R&D, Production, production control, process standardization, eco-friendly material, sustainability and lab testing.

2.Work with chemical suppliers to make sure the PU foam product created at OVN meets Ortholite and customer standards.

3. Work with all categories at Ortholite to ensure Ortholite provides a quality PU foam product that meets our customer’s quality and delivery expectations.

4. Management all manufactured processes from raw material, pouring, slicing to finished goods ensure its best quality, delivery schedule meet (estimated time of delivery) ETD, getting achieve satisfied customers.
