* Working location: AkzoNobel Vietnam - Lot I4-1, Que Vo 1 IZ, Phuong Lieu, Que Vo, Bac Ninh (Shuttle bus is provided for those who's living in Hanoi).

* Job Purpose:
We are looking for talent that shares these values and join our GRADUATE ENGINEERING TRAINEE (GET) Program - an intensive 18-month rotational on job experience program, in-depth exposure to our operations and relevant experiences right from the start, designed to fast track the careers of the brightest, most driven university graduates.

* Key Accountabilities:
This program aims to develop fresh Engineers and get them ready for the middle manager positions in Manufacturing.
Intensive 18-month entry-level program spanning six-month function-specific project in one of the businesses.
Combines on-job training, job assignments, projects and classroom induction/training to equip with relevant skills.
Mentoring by senior professionals during the projects.
Develops best-in-industry future leaders.

* Key Activities:
Project Engineer: Contribute to the successful execution of the projects by delivering technical expertise and project management capabilities.
Process Engineer: Monitor & improve processes in order to maintain or enhance Quality, Health, Safety, Security Environment, Service & Cost level.
