About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Graphic Designer with expertise in color separation to join our production team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between creative artwork and flawless textile and surface printing. You will be responsible for preparing artwork through precise color separations that meet the technical requirements of digital print processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and production efficiency.This is a technical, production-focused role, not a conceptual design position. Experience in textile printing, apparel graphics, or surface pattern design production is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-precision color separations for textile and surface design graphics, preparing print-ready files tailored for sublimation and digital printing methods
Analyze designs and deconstruct them into individual color layers, aligned with printer specifications
Work with layered files in Adobe Photoshop, maintaining clean and efficient file structure
Manage color fidelity across file conversions using CMYK, Pantone, and spot color standards
Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to file setup, image resolution, and print limitations
Use RIP (Raster Image Processor) software tools where applicable to optimize separation workflows
Adjust or prepare repeatable patterns, verify registration alignment, and apply necessary trapping or effects
Maintain clear digital archives of separated files, project notes, and color profiles for consistency and future reference
Stay informed on evolving printing technologies, color profiles, and output standards

Trách nhiệm chính:
Thực hiện tách màu chính xác cao cho các thiết kế in vải và hoa văn bề mặt, chuẩn bị file sẵn sàng cho in chuyển nhiệt và in kỹ thuật số
Phân tích thiết kế và tách chúng thành các lớp màu riêng biệt, phù hợp với thông số kỹ thuật của máy in
Làm việc với các file nhiều lớp trong Adobe Photoshop, đảm bảo cấu trúc file gọn gàng và hiệu quả
Quản lý độ chính xác màu sắc khi chuyển đổi file, sử dụng các hệ thống màu CMYK, Pantone và màu spot
Phối hợp với đội thiết kế và sản xuất để giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật liên quan đến cấu trúc file, độ phân giải hình ảnh và giới hạn kỹ thuật in
Sử dụng phần mềm RIP (Raster Image Processor) khi cần thiết để tối ưu hóa quy trình tách màu
Điều chỉnh hoặc chuẩn bị các hoa văn lặp lại, kiểm tra độ khớp và áp dụng trapping hoặc hiệu ứng cần thiết
Quản lý kho lưu trữ kỹ thuật số bao gồm file đã tách, ghi chú dự án và hồ sơ màu để đảm bảo nhất quán và dễ truy xuất
Luôn cập nhật các công nghệ in mới, hồ sơ màu và tiêu chuẩn đầu ra

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in color separation for textile, screen, or digital printing (ideally 2 years minimum)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for separation, file management, and pattern preparation
Strong knowledge of color management systems including CMYK, RGB, and Pantone libraries
Familiarity with printing methods digital textile printing and sublimation
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Experience working with RIP software (e.g., NeoStampa, Ergosoft) is a plus
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Understanding of design intent and how to preserve it through production
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of textile design, print repeats, and production finishing
Comfortable working across different file types and print substrates
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both creative director and technical team
