Propose and implement Digital Marketing plan to achieve the company's KPI.
Responsible for KPIs of Driver-partners and reach deployed on online media advertising channels.
Propose advertising ideas and key messages to communicate with the target audience (potential drivers).
Report, analyze advertising data daily to make reasonable adjustments, plan to optimize advertising to increase the effectiveness of advertising; increase Lead Driver, and reduce Cost/Lead.
Effectively monitor digital marketing activities, evaluate, measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns against goals.
Advertise and optimize digital marketing campaigns on online channels such as Facebook, Google, Tiktok,…to complete KPIs (competent in advertising in Facebook and Google is a must).
Research and update the latest features and tips from Facebook, Google, Tiktok and new forms of online advertising.
Collaborate with the Operation Department to deliver KPI.
Manage and operate activities with different Affiliate Partners/ Agencies.
Other tasks requested by line manager.

Willing to travel.
Have strong knowledge of digital marketing, especially in driver partner acquisition marketing.
Knowledge of the industry the company is in.
Have knowledge of the advertising market, have basic research on the company's competitors and potential partners.
Have working experience with driver acquisition agencies.
Having SEO experience is a plus.
Ability to self-create quality content, and attract advertising viewers.
Creative, curious, and eager to learn and update new knowledge and skills.
Actively solve problems.
Have the spirit of supporting team members to achieve work efficiency.
