Mô tả Công việc

  1. Budgeting & Control:

- Optimize revenues and margin in assigned region.

- Assist in developing annual budget, set volume targets per outlet and new outlets acquisition, submit estimations of budget required to reach such targets, control implementation of approved budget, take measures to reduce variances,

2. Distribution/Sales:

- Ensure achievement of sales volume and value objectives in assigned region & channels & monitoring performance of contracted outlets sales.

- Establish detailed portfolio and channel plan yearly in line with client categorization (PROS), allocate coverage to each Sale Supervisor for the year, validate visitation, validate and sign contracts, monitor and assess outlets.

3. Business Information & Intelligence:

- Help ensure PRVN's continuous adaptation to market trends and innovative competition.

- Keep active watch on market, competition, counterfeiting, wholesalers, retailers, customers and consumer trends, capture any relevant information on the Chatter platform; analyze, comment on and relay own region’s sales supervisor monthly reports.

4. Activation & Visibility:

- Ensure promotional activities' alignment with portfolio strategy and budgets within assigned regional.

- Monitor use of contracted promotional budgets by outlet owners, lead Sales Supervisor in recommendation and organization of promotional activities, control display/visibility placements and Market Research.

5. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):

- Ensure compliance and sales performance optimization within assigned region.

- Implement SFE procedure, monitor Coverage Plan, sales call frequency and revenues per outlet, coach Sales Supervisor.

- Ensure subordinates fully implementing SFDC-CRM system applying to segment.

6. Sales Reporting:

- Contribute valuable information for strategic business decisions and realistic forecasts.

- Prepare monthly presentations to review area performance with support from subordinates.

- Align next period activities, report regional sales volume, produce monthly/quarterly/annual performance review, provide sales forecast based on sales trends,

7. People Management:

- Secure a committed and efficient team

- Fully & timely cascade company mission/objective or change to subordinates.

- Motivate and coach subordinates to successfully win the company‘s objectives

- Share knowledge and advise on problem-solving solutions, monitor and evaluate performance (quarterly basis - with evaluation form).

- Recommend promotion, bonus and competency assessment grading

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements :

–         Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent

–         Minimum 5 years working experience in sales

–         Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a plus

–         Computer literate Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

–         Good command of spoken and written English

–         Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

–         Organized and strong result orientation

–         Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive

–         A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
