  • Unit Head of Whitelabel Partner Acquisition
  • Whitelabel Partner Commercial Support Team Leader


  • Responsible for acquisition and development of digital cooperation with potential partners, establishing and organizing function to implement and monitor digital partners, report about the implementation status to Deputy Alternative Channel Business Center Director, Alternative Channel Business Center Director, the CEO and Board of Management to effectively manage the strategic cooperation with external parties, specifically in digital based business


Internal (within VPB FC): All key stakeholders of projects

  • Cooperate with internal department/units within the Center and key stakeholders within the organisation to create and implement business requirements as well as assigned functional tasks of the Department
  • Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.

External (outside VPB FC): Whitelabel Partners

Implement and manage cooperative programs/channels and deliver desired deliverables as per requests of BOM


  1. Leadership Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team members, and influence them to take accountability for their assigned work
  • Collect best practice and share with units and staff to ensure high caliber of staff
  • Build talent and capabilities within the taskforce department
  • Lead the Units of Partner Acquisition and Commercial Support to develop digital partnership

Management of total portfolio of Digital Partners in progress of Pilot implementation

  • Management of whole whitelabel partner portfolio currently in pilot implementation
  • Working closely with Whitelabel Channel Management Department to build strategy to expand portfolio following VPB FC’s business objectives period by period
  • Management and making sure of harmony cooperation/support from Whitelabel Partner Commercial Support Team to Whitelabel Partner Acquisition Unit to meet department operation objectives and VPB FC’s business objectives period by period

Partner Development: Responsible for compliance and control the Department’s compliance to:

  • Build a professional, mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship with external partners of each cooperation project
  • Establish relationship with external partners based on clear assessment criteria before starting Pilot projects
  • Set clear definition of roles and responsibilities of parties in the cooperation and assure VPB FC roles are met as well as having transparent and clearly documented and communicated monitoring mechanism between parties

Daily BAU Responsibilities

  • Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
  • Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
  • Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


  • Degree of Bachelor or Master (optional) with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics


  • Min. 6 year of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
  • Min. 5 years of working experience in project management field and/or business development, at least 2 years of which playing the manager role


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
  • Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Project)
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Time management
  • Problem solving and negotiation skill
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • People management skill
  • Good understanding of intra-department functions, operations, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales, product and process & marketing knowledge
  • Good project management skills with discipline to see through the completion of initiatives
