JAC's client, a Property Management Company is hiring a Head of Leasing for executing the sales and marketing plan for a property in a given market in Ho Chi Minh.
Leading the leasing team to effectively drive prospect traffic, maintain the current tenants, and reach the occupancy goal of the property or portfolio of the Company.
Handle leasing inquiries, conduct tours, diligently pursue the close of each sale, perform follow-ups, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective tenants.
Create, develop, execute, and supervise the strategic plan and action plan for specific property or portfolio to increase the leasing target.
Plan and implement the annual renewal leasing campaign.
Continually evaluate the marketing plan and budget based on the occupancy result and tenants/staff feedback to adjust for new opportunities or when tactics are not effective.
Provide recommendations to MD, Property Management Group for modification to any area of operations to improve the overall experience for tenants and guests.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with every resident to create an exceptional customer service and living experience.
Manage, train, connect, and develop the leasing team professionally and effectively.
Complete other tasks as assigned.

Having bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration
From 5 years of experience in related fields: Leasing office/leasing shophouse/leasing residence
Advanced leadership skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, good negotiation skill
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
Well-planning, strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
