Mô tả Công việc

Aviva is looking for a Mass Recruitment Manager to join our Ho Chi Minh/ Ha Noi office. You will be an expert in managing on all tasks of recruiting in the insurance industry (70%). From developing and executing strategies on employer branding and to proactively identify, engage and recruit the best-fit talent for Bancassurance & Alternative Sales Channels, you will play a critical piece in our success of hiring amazing Aviva.

Moreover, you will act as strategic HR Business Partner (30%) and be responsible for providing consultation on full employee life cycle events for Bancassurance & Sales Alternative Channels including Talent Acquisition, People Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations & Engagement, Annual review exercises align with Business strategy.

Talent Acquisition

Manage the end to end Talent Acquisition lifecycle from identification, interview preparation and closing. Generate a strong, diverse pipeline of both active and passive candidates through internal referrals, networking, and online job postings.

  • Build employer branding & hiring strategies for high volume front line sales recruitment
  • Plan the manpower and work with relevant managers for talent resources (internal & external) to ensure all recruitment requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Manage & provide input on workforce planning, budget headcount to improve efficiency
  • Deliver, supervise & ensure high quality of employee life cycle management (recruitment, on boarding, retention, exit interview)
  • Improve recruitment quality to meet short- and long-term resources needs.
  • Use market expertise and data to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and hire the best talent
  • Accountable for key reports/metrics related to headcount, hiring, attrition, budget.
  • Recruitment system project & HR Innovation project; take initiative in recruitment
  • Team management
  • Ad-hoc projects/ assignments/ tasks required from Business Development Director

Talent Management

  • Consult, recommend & collaborate with stakeholders to workout solutions to improve business outcomes through ongoing performance management, talent assessment (Succession planning & development plan)
  • Develop & annually revise recruitment processes, policies, contests, etc​

Employee Relations

  • Act as the independent advisor of employee relations activities (reward, discipline, grievance solving) to comply with legal and company regulations. Ensure all employee concerns and request are addressed.
  • Consult, recommend in delivering employee engagement activities
  • Provide input & recommendation to revise agency contract

People Development

  • Cooperate with functional training department to analyze people training and development needs; coordinate and participate in training & development activities as appropriate
  • Proactively participate in succession planning, including identify talents, tracking development activities implementation and progress, periodically succession review to ensure sufficient workforce pool for future and sustainability

Contribute to BU’s business strategy

  • Implement HR services in support of objectives for assigned businesses
  • Assess and anticipate HR needs when there are organizational changes and give input, drive and support effective staffing to meet business requirements from time to time.
  • Act as a change agent to support BU during their transformation including coaching leaders/ employees to contribute to achieve business strategy
  • Provide updated information from departments, competitors or market timely, and work closely with C&B department to propose compensation and benefits package to attract and retain people.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 3 year in mass recruitment with proven track record in Services/Banking or Finance industry
  • Good at business partnering mindset and communication skills
  • People skills and strong interpersonal skills, influencing skills
  • Presentable and ability to coach others
  • Sharp at business understanding and general knowledge in HR
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in -depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • High degree of self-confidence, proactive, can-do spirit for improvement & result-oriented
  • English proficiency
